These are a few of my favourite things

I’ve tried yoga in some pretty unexpected places (hello, beach and mountain tops!)

I can’t start my day without a cup of tea – seriously, it’s a must.

I’m a firm believer that laughter is the best medicine.

I love a good dance party in my living room (no judgment, please!).

And yes, I’ve totally danced through a yoga session more than once.

I’m always up for trying new healthy recipes (if you’ve got a good one, send it my way!)

I love curling up with a good book and unwinding in my hammock.

I find so much joy in exploring nature – it's my favorite way to feel grounded and inspired.

I’m all about self-care, and there’s nothing better than a relaxing massage to unwind and recharge.

Getting  to know me

You are not alone, I have been there too

I get it. Life feels like a constant balancing act—work, family, commitments, and somewhere in the mix, trying to take care of yourself. It wasn’t long ago that I was in the same place. I was running on empty, stressed out, and felt disconnected from my body and mind.

I kept telling myself, “I’ll get to it later,” but later never came. I didn’t feel like I had the time, the energy, or even the know-how to start prioritising my health. I felt stuck and overwhelmed.

Then, one day, it all hit me. I realised I couldn’t keep pouring from an empty cup. I decided to make a change – not a huge, all-at-once transformation, but small, intentional steps that added up to something bigger.

I had no idea how much my bad habits were impacting me – not just mentally and physically, but professionally too.

Yoga became my anchor. It gave me the space to breathe, to reconnect with myself, and to finally feel strong and capable again. And the best part? It didn’t take hours out of my day or require me to be perfect. It was something I could stick with, no matter how busy life got.

That’s why I’m here now – to help you find that same balance and strength. Because I know firsthand how challenging it can be to put yourself first. But I also know how life-changing it is when you finally do. You’re not alone in this journey – I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
